BesaStay may intervene for fraud, safety, rule violations, suspicious activity, or legal requests.
8. Payments and refunds
Because the current model is manual, refunds are coordinated between guest and host until BesaStay enables online payments.
9. Reserved dates
Accepted booking dates become unavailable. Cancelled bookings may release dates when safe.
