1. Current model

BesaStay uses a manual model: the guest pays the host directly and the host owes commission to BesaStay.

2. Commission

Commission is calculated as a percentage of the booking amount according to the platform setting or agreement.

3. Discounts

Commission is generally calculated on the final subtotal after discounts unless otherwise agreed.

4. Commission statuses

The main statuses are unpaid, invoiced, and paid.

5. Invoices

BesaStay can generate monthly Albanian PDF invoices for host commissions.

6. Commission payment

Hosts must pay according to the invoice and payment instructions.

7. Non-payment

BesaStay may restrict features or listings if commissions remain unpaid.

8. Future online payments

If online payments are added, these terms may be updated for card payments, refunds, host payouts, processing fees, and disputes.

9. Taxes

Hosts are responsible for their own tax and legal obligations.
