Host Terms

1. Host responsibility

Hosts are responsible for legality, property accuracy, availability, guest communication, safety, bookings, and commission payment.

2. Property listing

Listings must include accurate title, description, photos, location, amenities, rules, and safety details.

3. Photos

Photos must be real and representative. Platform minimum photo rules apply.

4. Prices and discounts

Hosts control base price, weekend price, new listing discounts, weekly/monthly/last-minute discounts, and extra fees when enabled.

5. Availability

Hosts must keep their calendar updated. Accepted bookings block the relevant dates.

6. Bookings

Accepted bookings should be honored unless cancellation is allowed by policy or an exceptional case applies.

7. BesaStay commission

Hosts owe BesaStay commission for bookings made through the platform. Monthly invoices may be generated by admin.

8. Guest payments

The current model is direct/manual payment unless online payments are added later.

9. Taxes and local obligations

Hosts are responsible for taxes, permits, and local legal obligations.

10. Guest conduct

Communication must be professional, respectful, and non-discriminatory.

11. Suspension or removal

BesaStay may suspend listings or accounts for fraud, inaccurate listings, serious complaints, unpaid commissions, or platform abuse.
